@ElmerFunk - Uhh...did you read the other comments? The car went under the fence as I would have suspected from the beginning. And of course they edited the video...but they didn't edit what happened.
It's simple chain link fence, not impenetrable. Some noob driver back in my high school driver education course put a car in reverse and backed it through the chain link fence scrapping the car up real good. Obviously they flunked the class. LOL
